Is Clutter Your Enemy?

Clutter comes in two main forms: Mental and physical (the stuff around you). Both hold old energy and can keep you from being clear about your goals and the steps you need to accomplish them.

Getting rid of clutter in either form can be challenging, and you might not even realize you have mental clutter. Pay attention to your thoughts: Are you focusing on what you want to achieve? Positive thoughts about your past? Uplifting projections about your future?

Patience vs. Taking Action: Where Does Procrastination Start? Both taking action and having patience help us accomplish our goals, but the question is how do we know when to use which? This is an issue that comes into play with a great deal of frequency: Timing the stock market correctly, making sound business decisions, and even knowing when to get involved in a hand while playing poker all spring to mind.
