It’s helpful to take a moment to be grateful for what you appreciate about your life. You get more of what you think about, so certainly thinking about what you already enjoy is a great first step in creating the life you want.
Family, friends, work, co-workers, your health, the health of those you love, your animal pals, the food you enjoy, the plants that make your home beautiful, a cup of hot tea, a nice glass of wine, a beautiful sunrise (or sunset depending on your favorite time of day!), having a job, not having a job so you can find just the right thing, the sound of a child’s laugh, the sound of silence in the morning when you meditate, the unexpected call from a friend….
I am grateful for many things, but in particular I want to thank you for being here and reading my posts. Please let me know what I can do to make your experience more enjoyable.
